To win, all you need to do is listen to the latest episode of Ducks on the Pond to get the promo code, then enter it below, with your details. The winner will be drawn on the final episode of the season, which will be released on 17 July 2025.

  • Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Ducks on the Pond Podcast (“the Promoter”).

    Eligibility
    This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

    How to Enter
    To enter the giveaway, participants must:
    a) Listen to the latest episode of Ducks on the Pond to obtain the promo code;
    b) Enter the promo code along with their details via the entry form provided.
    Only one entry per person is permitted.

    Prize
    The prize is one “Piper” gold ring by ByCC Fine Jewellery, with a recommended retail value of $476 AUD. The winner may choose between yellow gold or white gold. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

    Opening and Closing Dates
    The giveaway opens upon the release of the relevant episode and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

    Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced in the final episode of Season 7, scheduled for release on 17 July 2025. The winner will also be contacted directly via the contact details provided.

    Notification and Delivery
    The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    Publicity
    By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and state for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway and the Ducks on the Pond podcast.

    Data Protection
    Personal information submitted as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
