Ducks on the Pond" (DotP) is a podcast, created and hosted by rural women, Kirsten Diprose - a farmer and former ABC journalist, Jackie Elliott - a professional in the agricultural industry and Project & Events Manager of Rural Women's Day and Jennifer McCutcheon - a journalist in Dubbo and previous national sports reporter. It is specifically designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women living in rural areas, distinct from those encountered by their urban counterparts.

DotP's episodes are centered around various themes, each tackling issues crucial to the lives of rural women such as succession planning, mental health, balancing motherhood with rural life, and launching personal businesses.
